Part of the Pomeroy Curling Tour, the Slave Lake Cash Spiel presented by the Slave Lake Petroleum Association will take place November 8-10, 2019. The tour mandate is to offer competitive events that will give teams the opportunity to develop and compete in order to increase the number and quality of teams vying to represent the Peace Curling Association at the provincial level and beyond. Other tour events include Grande Prairie Cash Spiel, Peace River Cash Spiel, Dawson Creek Mile Zero Cash Spiel, Fort St. John Cash Spiel
The Peace Curling Tour Championship on January 10-12, 2020 is held at Sexsmith, AB with the top 20 teams in the Peace Country vying for the crown as the Peace Country’s premier team in each of the following 3 divisions:Competitive Division for more experienced competitive teams; Challenge Division open to all teams; Junior Division for young competitive curlers.
Qualification for the Tour Championship is based on the points accumulated from all five Tour cash spiels held in the fall of 2019.
